Every week, we will meet as a Spark sisterhood for an hour call to create space for you to share what is surfacing in your week, ask for support and dive deep into the three HWR pillars: connection to self, movement and the divine, with healing activations as well.
Weekly Group Calls
The Illuminate Portal is the gateway to your transformation. Each module is designed to equip you with spiritual tools and methods to deepen your connection to self, movement and the divine, including yoga videos, journal prompts and other resources.
Grounded Support
In between calls, keep the momentum going with the group Telegram chat alongside your fellow Spark sisters. Ask Rylie questions, seek support and celebrate progress with the other women in the program.

About Rylie
The Founder of Illuminate & Spark
I was catapulted into my spiritual awakening after my mother’s passing in 2022.
In the months that followed, all I wanted was to talk with someone who understood what grief looked like in their 20s. I tried talk therapy, but I needed more support... I needed someone who understood me. I wanted to find understanding in the bigger picture, but I was in the thick of just surviving.
Finding spirituality changed the game for me, and then I started building habits, rituals and routines that prioritized who I wanted to be. But it took me years of learning and piecing together programs and investments to make sense of what made the difference for me. And that insight is what inspired both my programs: Spark and Illuminate.
I have awakened my purpose: guide you through life transitions using my proven 3-pillar method and illuminate your path to live the life of your dreams.
