Illuminate is my cornerstone 1:1 mentorship for the woman rebuilding her life from a major life transition.
Inside our 4 months together, we focus on daily rituals to deepen your connection to self, movement and the divine while supercharging your transformation with reiki energy healing.
You aren’t going to just “survive” this transition but shine in it.
Spark
Spark is the 4-week group accelerator program for the sh*t you’re going through right now. For the moments of tear-soaked pillows, screaming into the void and warm hugs needed, we’ll nurture your soul in a high-touch group container to get you through the rough patch using energy work and rituals to ground you. It’s for the woman who wants to make a change and just needs a push to get there.

Intuitive Reiki Session
You deserve to be held and release what is no longer serving you. Using Usui Holy Fire Reiki, a healing and nervous system regulation technique from Japan, I channel universal life force energy into your body to provide the tools for your body to heal itself.

In this 60-minute container, we’ll set an intention together, and then I’ll lead you into a guided meditation and empower you to live life with more soul alignment. Available virtually or in the Kansas City area.
Full Moon Flows
If you’re local to Kansas City, join me for a unique in-person soul expansion experience infusing yoga, astrology, reiki and reflection for each full moon.
Each class will be customized to a theme of the full moon and will teach you to how to harness its energy and what to release while physically moving your body.
